「We booked a waterview room and the view was true to the website. Room spacious and we got interconnecting as requested. Service was good but the reception seems understaffed. Excellent proximity to the marina for reef trips and many choices of restaurants. facilities well maintained but presentation not superb. The glass panel for the bathtub which does not even shield half the bathtub is a disaster for the floor after a shower and reduced the guest's enjoyment 」

「We have enjoyed our 4 nights stay with the Cairns Plaza Hotel. The location is convenient being close to Cairns Esplanade, and the Muddy’s Playground opposite the Hotel is definitely a plus as my kids went there every day. Highly recommended for family vacation, with good value for money.」
