A lovely stay at Hotel Bristol Stephanie. I have been a regular over the past 15 years, and it is pleasing to see how the decor and facility has evolved, so it still looks and feels fresh and contemporary. My only issue this time was the attitude of the dining staff during breakfast... I, and other residents, believe the hotel should make it clear to residents in advance that serving times on a national holiday are not the same as a weekend. This would help avoid confusion on the day.

Pleasant hotel but bathroom style and finishes were a little dated (shower leaked onto bathroom floor). Not sure if it really deserves it’s number 1 rating though there was nothing wrong and it was a reasonable price.
