5/5 - Excellent
Easy walk from the hotel. Great atmosphere for a hockey game.

This Hyatt is like a mom and pop place. Don’t expect anything fancy. It was very busy in this area but I like how it was convenient to the interstate.
Plan your u we ahead. The streets get blocked off for concerts and it’s super busy.
Staff at Bridgestone was remarkable. Very helpful, polite and patient.
If heading to the Bridgestone Arena or the general area, go to spothero.com and reserve a parking place. We found one for $10 that was only a block and half from the Arena (which is just around the corner from Music Street). It saved us from any headaches in finding a parking place.
We paid for parking at the Baptist Parking lot through Ticketmaster with our show tickets, but there was no address listed for that parking lot. There were 2 Baptist parking lots, so it was all very confusing. The traffic downtown was horrendous. Allow 2 hours prior to start of show to leave your hotel to find parking and get inside the Bridgestone. We purchased the Patron Dinner inside Bridgestone which allowed us to NOT have to stand outside in the long lines in the heat. We entered at the side entrance, which was a quick bag check and we were in...highly recommend the Patron buffet prior to showtime.
