「The hotel and room was beautiful and very clean although some amenities were not open I assume due to April being the off season. Salt restaurant and the food/bar area at the pool was not open. Was looking forward to at least breakfast in the hotel and nothing was available. Wish this was stated on their web cite. They did have complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning which I always love but didn’t know until our last morning. Had k-cup machine in hotel room which was great for us big...

「Pros: Spacious accommodations in good condition with a nice balcony and views. Cons: Did not provide everything needed for making coffee or tea in the room. Asked for extra towels and was told I could not have them. Area from hotel toward beachfront is nice but take care in Atlantic City in general - it is a very run-down area with many "characters" around, which makes it unfortunate that there is no food available in the hotel. (The Hard Rock Hotel a few blocks away offers many good options...

「We had a great time in LBI! We had stayed at Drifting Sands before but this was the first time with our puppy. It is one thing to have to leave a deposit of $100 for a pet but to be charged $100 is something else. We were also charged a $25 resort fee when it’s off season. Obviously we weren’t going to need beach tags or chairs so why the resort fee? On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and accessible!」

「Overall, the property was well located with just steps to the Boardwalk and a Jitney stop right out front. The rooms were clean, however there was a slight musty smell, but otherwise cleanliness and housekeeping was evident. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff were all friendly and willing to take time to answer questions. We had a pleasant stay. 」
