We used the automated service requests for room cleaning/bathroom refresh. We had to make our requests three times to get anyone to respond. I am extremely disappointed. I understand in the past that housekeeping services were limited due to the pandemic but there is no excuse now. Also the hot water went out due to a boiler failure. No one notified us of this issue. I would’ve expected at least an automated message on our phone or a note under the door. None of this happened. I expect more. We expect more for the prices that we pay.
