"Great hotel, they do need phone chargers closer to the beds. If you book through Expedia expect a bad room placement. We were put right by the vending machine and ice maker. Literally right out the door it was a king room. When asked if they could move us to a different room they moved us to a double room and did not even ask if that would be okay with us. So be aware!!! I will ask for an adjustment on charges. I will be curious to see if I get one. "

"I travel often for work and typically stay in the bigger chain hotels… but decided to try the Sapphire because room rates skyrocket in Bozeman during the tourist season. I was pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed the retro vibe of the Sapphire. Large room, comfy bed and great kitchenette. My only complaint was the weak WIFI signal… maybe that was due to my room location (furthest from the office). If they upgrade the WIFI system then i5 would hands down be my choice for business travel. Staff were super nice too!"
