This is a great location at the center of Boracay. The room that we booked was perfect. The breakfast and dinner buffets provided tons of good quality food options. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend! Would stay here again if returning to Boracay.

The lady representatives at the boat transfer station are not friendly. This is the first impression of the business so I don’t understand why the customer service is not better here. I also don’t understand why the lunch and dinner are amazingly good and the breakfast is terrible.

Karaoke going all night and the road going to Henann Palm looks like crater from the moon.. but the property is beautiful and modern. Nice big modern rooms with Bath Tubs. Breakfast was great beside the beachfront.The gym have complete weights. I'll book again when i comes back to Boracay

Very family friendly place. It was more peaceful than main Station 2 area which was great! Room was in good condition, enjoyed pool downstairs and upstairs and the restaurant. Front desk ladies looked so stressed because of amount of people checking in and out so i didnt really feel welcomed when i first got there.

The staff is very rude especially the one in the sky pool. Went there 2x and was treated badly. There is always a polite way to inform us about their policy but they were so rude and look at us like we don’t belong there. And during the check-in I was trying to check-in my brother’s room and they won’t let us check in until they see the ID’s of the small children. I know you are following policy but it is nonsense. We arrive there early and they told us to wait for available room. We waited for hours and the people that came after us were given a room first. Check-in process should be managed fairly and systematically. The buffet is just okay. The staff in the restaurant is more accommodating.
