「during my stay the hotel burnt down. was still charged the ENTIRE RATE after I was told I would be refunded it, minus the first night. Literally something out of a movie. 」

「This is the place to stay! Perfect location next to River Walk, live music daily everywhere! Free REAL breakfast!! Tons of staff, great pool area and grounds. Older rooms, but location and amenties make up for it and then some 」

「Fantastic!!!! This is the third time we’ve stayed here and it’s gotten better each time. It’s really nice, quiet, and clean. So clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The front desk people are always so friendly and helpful. Last night we got an upgrade to a suite. We will absolutely stay here whenever we’re in Boise.」

「Always clean, friendly, easy to access. Only complaint I have is they try to charge for a breakfast that is offered by all surrounding hotels for free. Other than that, always happy to stay here, have many times before and will continue to do so.」

「The staff was excellent and very kind. They made special arrangements for my partially blind client to not have to navigate an elevator or stairs when they were asked if that was possible. They also gave us a room right close to an entrance for her easy access. The staff at check in and checkout treated us just like we were family. We will definitely be staying there again. 」
