"I haven't stayed in a traditional bed and breakfast for many years but the Showers Inn reminded me just how great they can be. The staff was incredible in reaching out beforehand, during checkin and throughout the stay. The room was wonderful. The made to order breakfast was incredible. "This is a lovely and comfortable farmhouse turned into a B&B. We had a lovely room with en suite bathroom (claw foot tub with a shower). There is a beautiful parlor and a dining room with self-serve coffee, tea etc, breakfast (baked goods, boiled eggs) and snack foods and refrigerated beverages. The house is on a country road but just a mile from the built-up part of the road in Bloomington with Kroger, CVS, restaurants. There is a 2 mile walking trail we didnt have time to enjoy (next...
