The checkin was very slow. The automatic machine didn’t work. Marihuana smell in the reception heavy when coming with family. Very noisy and due to slow checkin the staff was annoyed and angry!

Very average. I had a room with two singles - quite small and dark in the room. Shower is tiny, too small to use properly even as a small person.

The room was very small for a twin room, less than 1ft between beds which is not how the picture showed. Facilities were good but nothing to rave about. Staff nice and friendly

A huge property but really friendly. I arrived late at 1.30 and it was no problem. The staff were really friendly and were I slept was quiet. The location is great, about a 20 minute walk to the museums abd 10 minutes to the east side gallery.
