Peking Station Youth Hostel
2.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (51)
"The staff were amazing - welcoming, friendly, can't fault them in any way. They made the stay that much better! Can be a little hard to find if you don't know where you're going, it's down a little street you wouldn't think there'd be a hostel. The place itself had a nice atmosphere to it and the dorm was perfectly fine with a locker to put your stuff in for the day/night. Clean bedding. Wish I'd stayed a bit longer!"

The GuTang Courtyard Youth Hostel
2.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (2)
"L'ostello è situato in uno degli Hutong di Pechino, il Bensì hutong, non tra i più belli ma caratteristico e abbastanza vicino alla città proibita, tanto da poterla raggiungere a piedi con una buona passeggiata. Gli ambienti sono puliti anche se la struttura è un po' trascurata. L'host è molto collaborativo e aiuta molto chi chiede consigli. Rapporto qualità prezzo discreto"

"Such warm hospitality from the lovely Jerry and a gorgeous lounge with stunning views out over the city! Great location which is convenient to the airport, great wall tours and on the metro central loop line. There are lots of great restaurants near the station. It is a great place to wake up and a good place to relax. Definitely one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! Thanks so much Jerry!"

Beijing Badaling Great Wall Caos Hostel
2.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (3)
"In my opinion the accommodation is a little overpriced and the customer pays upfront & is unable to cancel or amend. The owners and staff are warm and friendly .The accommodation is within easy walking distance of the S2 Railway Station but it is necessary to be met off the train as it is situated in area that is undergoing major building projects and it would be a little difficult to find. There is no proper road leading to accommodation so not suitable for wheelchair or people with poor...

Beijing Leo Courtyard - Hostel
2.0 star property
7.2 out of 10, Good, (24)
"Upon arrival, my booking could not be found for approximately 20 minutes which was inconvenient. The room was spacious (shared female dorm room for 6 people) but the beds had to be made ourselves and the mattresses were extremely thin so it was a hard surface to sleep on. There was extremely bad wifi at the room, it was too weak to load websites. The showers were warm and the bathroom facilities were generally good. Okay hostel for the price, could be cleaner in general and wifi could have been...

"This place was horrible. A nightmare in China! I woke up with bed bugs and I saw cockroaches crawling in kitchen during dinner. I don’t know how ppl rate it so high. I guess it is good if you are looking for something very cheap, but you get what you pay for! You were warned. "

"Dragon hostel is quiet and clean with great access to the National Art Museum (NAMoC) and Beihei park. My room was simple, had good aircon, and a good bed. There is no road noise and the location is very quiet. easy access to Dongsi Metro station. The wifi is slow and intermittent but otherwise still useful. the staff are always available and speak english. I would stay again given the location."

"The hotel was pretty decent and in a friendly neighborhood. There is a bus station a few meters away and a subway station about 5 minutes from there. If you're used to the subways system, maneuvering Beijing won't be a problem. I easily located the Forbidden city. The rooms are quite clean and the bed I can't complain about. The breakfast buffet was better than I expected, being in China anyway! There's a variety to choose from and you can have your fill. The staff at the reception and the...

"Hello all, Due to china government policy, no cheap rooms for foreigners, the owner of this hotel was arrested my china police (Kongan) and this hotel facility was shut down few weeks ago. I was stranded on the street and the phone call was not answered. The previous employee of this hotel answered and she said that she didn't receive my payment and she is not working at this hotel anymore. Be aware of those cheap hostels in China. They are closed or scams to get your money. Thanks."
