"The hotel is affordable and comfortable. There are some areas that could use updating, like hallways. The room we stayed in was updated and nice though. The bathroom did have a big whole in the bathroom tiles that really should be repaired."

"Very nice, comfortable room. Good location. Staff was nice. Check-in was a bit tricky. Initially they could not find our reservation. We had to provide them with a printed copy of our (Hotels.com) reservation before they were able to find it. A bit unsettling but once found, all ok."

"The staff were excellent! Expedia gave me the run around when I needed to cancel one of the rooms even after the hotel staff had okayed it. The staff at the hotel ended up taking care of everything for me. I will definitely go back to the hotel but will never use Expedia again!"
