Nice new hotel. Close to a major road within walking distance to Nana BTS and major malls. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the staff were kind and accommodating.

Surprisingly a charming hotel within walking distance of many restaurants and shops with easy access to local transportation. The entire front desk team was wonderful. A special shout out to Lee and the dining services team who went above and beyond to ensure every dining experience was exceptional! Kudos to all of you! Well done!!!

All the staff at the hotel went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay. Friend from the front desk even remembered me as our rooms weren't ready upon check-in so we had to go back to get the keys to our rooms. As soon as she spotted me she knew what I needed. Hotel is walking distance from Terminal 21 mall and starbucks to get your coffee fix for the day. Also near the BTS station. Would definitely stay again next time I am in Bangkok.

Nice hotel. Breakfast OK when you compare comparable 5 star hotels in the area. Pool quite nice design and enjoyable. Room also nice. However, lights are very difficult to figure out when going to sleep. Internet spotty and normally OK but I needed to reconfigure something and download a large file and download speed about 5 MPS. Last thing, charging of laptop and iPhone slow. Basically hotel is fine but these small details were a bit frustrating, especially considering it is a Courtyard and a 5 star. Staff tried helping and were very polite.

This hotel is amazing! Location perfect, walkable to places to eat, malls, shopping, street food, massages, and public transportation. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Staff have even come up to us asking if we need help with directions when we stood outside for a few minutes checking our phone for directions and just checking our route for the day. It’s also so easy and fast and affordable when you ask them to call a taxi to the airport for you. Will stay at this place again whenever I am in Bangkok again. ALSO even know we made this booking through Expedia they still treated us like we booked from the website and made sure we received a hotel room right next to our friends who we were traveling with and made a separate booking so they weren’t even aware they we booked together and we didn’t even ask for them to do this (just hoped) and they made our experience in Thailand just that much better.

A great stay with amazing hospitality and service. The team here really knows how to think on the guests behalf. The only small comment is that the room is just a tad small - but never a problem since we spend more time outside than inside!

The staff here is truly exceptional. I was hit with a bad stomach virus and had to go tot the hospital just to get some medication. The staff was so helpful and truly worried about my well being. I have never been treated with such kindness and felt like I was talking to friends whenever I was talking staff. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this hotel and WHEN we come back to Thailand we will be staying here again!

Great hotel in Sukhumvit
The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is excellent. They are very responsive and proffessional. The location is good although a little far from the subway. Overall highly reccomended. One small surprising shortcoming is that the shower water may change suddenly from hot to cold or the opposite. So you need to be careful. Everithing else was excellent.
