The only negative was a one in the morning fire alarm malfunction, which made everyone get up and gather in the lobby while th Fire department figured out what was going on. Management did not address the issue or offer any kind of.compensation for the inconvenience.」

「Room was great. Concierge was helpful. The restaurant was disappointing (missed room service order, without attempt to rectify). Flight landed around 2100, ordered room service around 2300. Waited 45 mins without delivery, called the restaurant only to be told that order wasn't processed and nothing could be done (not even a beer) because kitchen was closed. A little disappointing considering Marriott is supposedly a premium brand.」
