I reserved a room with a King size bed and river view. When we arrived, we were given a room with no view. I asked for the room I reserved and they told me that my room was not available and that they could give me one with two queen beds and river view. I was not give an explanation why my room was not available.

The ac was horrible the first night. Called down and they sent someone up, changed the filthy filter and got a bag unstuck from the blower. The mattresses were so bowed you would roll to the middle. The tv was VERY outdated and said no signal most of the time. The shower head needs replaced. The good, very clean and great location.

Nice pool. Good breakfast, but it'll cost you $14.99 taxes & fees. The grounds and hallways were not maintained well and our (very expensive) room had: a faulty shower diverter, a broken shower gel dispenser, a VERY noisy HVAC unit and was just plain dirty. I think we'll stick to Hilton properties in the future.

Overall the experience was good. The breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the pool was nice with a view of the river.
