Great property and the employees are very nice and helpful. Buffet could benefit from a little bit more variety, like changing the menus every other days. Stayed 4 nights but the buffet was proposing the same items every days. Breakfast was very good. Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

We had a great night at Atami Korakuen in November and all 4 of us can't stop thinking about the excellent experience! From the shuttle service from the driver to the staff at the reception, gift shop, cleaning staff and servers, everyone was amazing. The two rooms were amazing, dinner was very memorable and the view was top class! I will go back but will stay at least 2 nights next time! Arigatou gozaimasu!!!

Private hot springs are very good. Our room are located at 17th floor ,view from our room is beautiful,dining at private room is not bad. Cost performance is no problem.

部屋のスリッパの履き心地が非常に悪く、足裏の痛さを感じた。食事会場まで痛くて歩きずらく、苦痛であった。トイレのスリッパのほうが楽であった。

海辺で眺めが良い。夜は部屋から街の夜景も綺麗です。お風呂は、大きく清潔でゆっくりできます。 レストランは、夕食、朝食のブッフェも種類豊富で、美味しいです。満足度の高いホテルです。

アクア館に宿泊。併設のスパ、フーアは、綺麗でリラックスできます。食事はブッフェでしたが、料理の種類が豊富で、美味しかったです。部屋は清潔、ゆったりで、空調も快適。部屋からの眺めは、海も街の夜景も楽しめて良かったです。 また、訪れたいと思います。

とても良いホテルです。ただ、ディナービュッフェのドリンクがオーダーした物が来なかったりオーダーして無い物が来たりしました。部屋にコーヒーや紅茶のスティックが置いてありますが備え付けのカップが取手無しの物しかないのでお湯を入れると熱くて持てないので普通のカップもあれば良かったなと思いました。 個人的には大浴場が苦手で部屋のシャワーしか使わないのでアメニティにメイク落としもできれば欲しかったです。 部屋は清潔でとても良かったです。
