"Hotel is old and dated. Room’s aircon is barely working. Hotel is located right opposite a big mall ( Aeon) and has restaurants, Food courts, supermarket. And JR is right there. There’s no parking at the hotel; public parking is across the street, with very few lots. "

Probably the worst thing was that even though it was a non-smoking room there was a faint smell of stale smoke and part of the carpet had a very bad smell too."

"Room is small for families but clean and comfortable. Cleaning is not done daily and some amenities are self service. It would be nice to have some staff help with the luggage as porter services are non existent. The dryer onsite is very weak and did not dry clothes well even after 45 mins use."
