"Stayed the night while passing through NM to CO. The front desk attendant that checked us in was very kind and easy to talk to. The only issue we had was that we had left the room to eat breakfast before formally checking out and the housekeeping had already come into our room before we actually checked out so we lost my daughters toy because the beds were stripped. The housekeeping tried to help find it but no luck. I asked the attendants at checkout if it was standard to send housekeeping...
