"I saw in previous reviews that there was barely any room for luggage. Between my mom and I we had 1 large rolly luggage and 2 carry on-sized luggage and was able to make it work. In our room we found space space behind the massage chair as well as the corner in front of the door. When the luggage is closed they fit fine. Service was great and check in was a breeze. "It has a great (convenient) location, close to the JR station which is next to Shinagawa, there are many restaurants around the hotel, grocery store downstairs. The room we stayed (Twin room) is big enough to spend one night. Very clean. There is a big locker room that you can keep your luggage until check-in time. I wish that there would be clear information on the street where to check-in. I didn't expect that it was above the grocery store!"
