"The hotel was pretty new, the staff was nice. There was usually a queue to enter breakfast room especially between 9 and 10. Breakfast was pretty tasty but monotonous. Outside tables were definitely a plus. The swimming pools were clean but few lounge chairs around them in general. I recommend full sea view rooms because some partial sea view rooms have no sea view. In July, 95% of guests were families with children. Usually all outside lights go off around 11pm so hotel seemed pretty lifeless....

"Hardware is good.Service is bad. We drove all the way from Shenzhen to the hotel and when we pulled the car to the front of the hotel, a staff came out. His first comment was: you cannot park the car here! No greeting or welcome as we would have expected. How were we supposed to unload luggage?!! "隔音不好。服务人员很多素质不够。很难相信这是五星级酒店的服务。Room Service给错食物，少给食物，食物与描述不符合。前台犯错，三楼通过健身房服务人员态度很不专业，好像没住过温德姆不知道去健身房的流程很不应该一样。内部沟通有误，半夜错送东西到我房间造成打扰。总之真的非常非常失望。"

The bed was very comfortable, with special buckwheat pillows, and I slept very well during my stay. The bathroom also had a useful smart toilet. These two things—along with the friendly and helpful hotel manager, Mr. Li— made my stay at this hotel worthwhile."
