"Safe quiet centrally located "

"Hallway on second floor is too dim with lack of lighting and carpet smell musty. Same as our floor on 14th floor. I would recommend change it to tiles in order to avoid the musty smell. "

"Located in the western area of Tainan City, it is about a 10 minutes walk to Tainan train station. Lots of remand shopping nearby. The property is located on a busy street, but you would never notice the hustle and bustle outside when you are inside. The breakfast was an added bonus, with American, Japanese or Chinese options, you must request in advance, and the meal do not vary that much from day to day. "Everything is walkable. It takes around 15mins to train station and city bike is also nearby. Recent renovated. Carpet is brand new and smells good in the hotel. Vibe is nostalgic, althought the celling is pretty low. Lots staff in the lobby but they seems don't know what to do. Very strict about late check out/ early check in- TWD300/ hour. Great breakfast!! "I had several wonderful stays that Hotel.com offered. This time the experience " flower Angel-Tainan" disappointed me or even angry. The hotel address is incorrect, and the contact number is an unregistered domestic line. Furthermore, I didn't see any government certificates of hotel or R&B around the front desk.
