"Service and food for breakfast need to improve. All the 5 days menus almost the same. No English tea? Service staff are short handed."

"Great hotel in the heart of Shanghai, less than 5 min walk from the pedestrian street and metro station with line direct to Pudong Airport. Rooms were large, well appointed, and very comfortable. Buffet breakfast had a large variety of western and asian food. Would recommend this hotel."

They were restored without me informing during morning room make up. My kids were restless while waiting at the lobby, Joy Lu was selfless, came over and entertain them with balloon sculpture.
