"I will recommend to everyone."

"They had a great breakfast buffet with a nice selection of both east and western foods Great bathroom setup. The wet room (shower in room plus tub) was spa like. The separate Japanese toilet was great. Good location The only real issues we had were that the room itself was very narrow without much storage. Also the Japanese TV only had one channel (CNN) for English speakers and not the usual selection of movies and such Americans expect."

"This hotel is surrounded by beautiful trees and is so stunning! It’s quiet and feels so remote yet across the street from shopping. It’s a 20 min taxi ride to downtown Sendai but it’s worth it. "

"Hotel situated at the station. Bus service underneath and a huge concourse makes getting around easy without having to cross the roads. Very convenient for shopping and eating options. Lots of eateries within the station and department stores. Bottled water provided every day which was most welcome. Very clean staff were friendly although English is limited. Recommend hotel stay."

"The hotel is one of the beautiful hotel in center of Sendai city. Many Europe style objects make you feel to stay in out side of Japan. They have connecting room, so they provided the room for our family, @ adults and two teenager. The kid of service is very rare nowadays, so we really appreciate their kindness. We love to stay the hotel again. Sure, their food quality is wonderful. Please order your breakfast and book their Chinese restaurant at the top of the hotel. "

"良くも悪くも、この地方のバブル期の感じの宿でした。 サービスは一般的な他の宿の数段上ですが… それじゃない感が… 料理も美味しく、素人目に見てもいい素材を使ってます。 隠し包丁を入れずに箸で切れる牛タンとか久しぶりに食べました。 祝い事での利用でしたが、子供も多くいたので騒がしい中、スタッフの方々は良くして頂きました。 露天付き客室の雰囲気も良かったので、今回のような(子供が多く、足の不自由な人もいる)使い方であれば非常に良かったと思います。 カップルには向かないかな？"
