"We were given a 4 bedder instead of 2. And there is an attached hot spring bath. Whoa… it’s very relaxing to soak in the hot spring after a long day of traveling. The staff were super friendly n caring.. they help us to bring our luggage’s out during the earthquake on 3/4/2024.. very safe indeed as their emergency power cut in very fast. In the midst of chaotic, they didn’t forget to offer us another 2 bottles of mineral water during the check out. "

"Recently stayed in the Deluxe Double Suite and couldn't have been more pleased. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the inclusion of a pristine bathtub was a nice touch. The hotel offers excellent amenities, and the check-in/check-out process was swift. Five free on-site parking spaces were a convenient perk. "Staff was helpful. Hotel is close to the train station and is near a night market. You can't flush toilet paper and there isn't a bidet/bum gun, so you have to get your room cleaned every day since you have to put toilet paper in the trash can."

"very friendly cleaning staff who helped us to facilitate an earlier arrival at the hotel -contacted the hotel owner on our behalf as we were unable to as well as let us drop off our luggage earlier and explained the check in/check out details for us. place was really clean and overall a great experience. only downside will be the slightly old toilet but otherwise it’s really good ! basic amenities - shampoo, body wash, towels, toiletries and hair dryer provided 👍👍"

"Only the toilet is clean everyday and they don't clean up the room except making up the bed. Room size is good. Hotel is a distance from most of the night market and train station where most of the things are. Tricky when it rains or with small kids. The hotel need a refresh. "

"The service was excellent and they allowed early check in. Breakfast have wonderful selections for Asian. It exceed our expectations, the only suggestion will be the carpet in the room need updating or replacing. We will definitely stay here again."

"Fun property for my family and I. Parking is included, and the in-room hotspring tap is neat. My child loved climbing up/down the stairs, and it's a short walk to the night market. Many of the room units are apartments, and the manager's office is across the street. Not much of an inconvenience though. I liked this place."
