"The hotel room had a beautiful view. The pool and slide was nice for the kids. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. Overall, a good place to stay. It is a little farther from the Kenting night market, but there is a nightly shuttle bus."

"Situated right on the Kenting strip, it's a great location. The pool and courtyard combo give the place a nice vibe. I'll be staying there again and again. Well worth it. "

"A great resort with wonderful service and food. The well designed rooms are dated but still charming and comfortable. The only warning is that this hotel is very kid-friendly. If you are looking for peaceful and quiet getaway, this hotel is not for you. "

"Room 203 was bright and airy because it has access to a balcony. The bathroom is private inside the room, but the shower wets the toilet because there is no divider. Housekeeping knocked once during our four-day stay and emptied our garbage. The host seems to live in a connected home next door, and it was a nice arrangement to be able to ask questions if needed but they give guests a lot of privacy and peace. Highly pleased by the water bubbler in the common area to be able to refill my bottles...

"Old hotel, plugs were so limited that I need to unplug the TV to use as I only see 1 free plug to use which was the kettle and nothing else. Staff attitude need to improve and service need to improve. Kids room for play which was great. "

"Everything was pretty good but just not very happy with the customer service the old grandma provided. I was asking her for extra towels since I have private outdoor tub on the balcony, but she refused saying she can only provide 2 for each room. "

"Great quiet spot a short walk from the main town and the night market. The villa was comfortable and the breakfast feast delicious. The staff were nice and friendly. The bedroom and breakfast area A/C worked well. The short walk to town was mostly well lit at night and well used in the weekends. The deck was great for chilling out in the evenings."

"Great service from the lobby staff, and the room was very nice for the price. The ocean view from the fourth floor open to all guests is a huge bonus. Would highly recommend this property to others"

"The property is easily accessible to the beach. We booked a beach facing room so the view did not disappoint. I overlooked the fact that they don't have an elevator so we had to drag 3 pieces of heavy lugguage to the third (top) floor. "

"First time visiting south of Taiwan, this place made this trip much more memorable! Beautiful common area, room is spacious, breakfast went beyond our expectation. Stuffs are the best part, always smiling and attentive to us. We even got invitation from them to revisit again and bbq together! :p"

"The electric socket outlet are all of local. Need adaptor if you are from other country. The ambient light is kind of old and weired and over all a good place to stay."

"The room was clean. The bed was harder than I prefer, but not rock solid. Good air conditioning. Good wifi. The owner spoke enough English to get me checked in. If he needed help he asked a neighbor. The scooter rental was a very good deal and one of the best parts of my trip. The electric scooter is a good way to see Kenting. The hotel was a bit loud at times. Some rooms had play areas for children. I recomend the Totoro room for those with kids. Would stay again."
