The owner lives alone on the property but she is absolutely friendly and made sure each meal is prepared specially for her quests. She provided good suggestions for sightseeing. The night market is about 5 minutes walking distance. We travel frequently and have stayed in many 5 star hotels in the world. This property beats them...

"The hotel room had a beautiful view. The pool and slide was nice for the kids. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. Overall, a good place to stay. It is a little farther from the Kenting night market, but there is a nightly shuttle bus."

"Room 203 was bright and airy because it has access to a balcony. The bathroom is private inside the room, but the shower wets the toilet because there is no divider. Housekeeping knocked once during our four-day stay and emptied our garbage. The host seems to live in a connected home next door, and it was a nice arrangement to be able to ask questions if needed but they give guests a lot of privacy and peace. Highly pleased by the water bubbler in the common area to be able to refill my bottles...

"The room was clean. The bed was harder than I prefer, but not rock solid. Good air conditioning. Good wifi. The owner spoke enough English to get me checked in. If he needed help he asked a neighbor. The scooter rental was a very good deal and one of the best parts of my trip. The electric scooter is a good way to see Kenting. The hotel was a bit loud at times. Some rooms had play areas for children. I recomend the Totoro room for those with kids. Would stay again."

"The place is just across South Beach, one of best sand beach in Kending. The staff are friendly. The place is clean and nice. Got a shared rooftop that can see the beach."

"Old hotel, plugs were so limited that I need to unplug the TV to use as I only see 1 free plug to use which was the kettle and nothing else. Staff attitude need to improve and service need to improve. Kids room for play which was great. "

"The property is easily accessible to the beach. We booked a beach facing room so the view did not disappoint. I overlooked the fact that they don't have an elevator so we had to drag 3 pieces of heavy lugguage to the third (top) floor. "

"It was a pleasure to stay here. The unit was spacious and the balcony was large and sunny. It was central to transport, the night market and the beach. Only drawback was that no clothes washing facilities were offered"

"It's nice that is a short walk ti the beach and the night market it right outside the door. I speculate that they done get many guest cause their towels smell musty like they need to be suited out. The airflow in the lobby isn't good as well. There is only one face towel per person they expect to have in the room and no other towels are present."
