"Check in was easy, front desk staff were always friendly. Room was sort of outdated, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good (paid). Really liked having a Starbucks on site. Walls were a little thin, could hear the cars crossing the bridge. Great location for being near Riverfront Park; perfect for walking. "

"Really nice historic hotel. Unfortunately Spokane's homeless problem is all around."

"Clean room, but door stuck and it was hard to get in and out of our room. Road noise was tolerable. Location close to places to eat. Pool was open, but the water was very cold, weather not hot enough to warm water, We just sat on the edge and put feet in the water, needs yard work too. Breakfast in a bag, but everything in it is frozen. We got the breakfast bags when we checked out, so we didn’t have a way to warm the food up,what a waste."

"The facility and staff were great. My wife had a tough time sleeping with the railroad tracks nearby and a dog barking in the next room."
