"It was clean but not a good deep clean as there was dirt on the bathroom floor. The king bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I kept waking up in pain all night long. We thought about leaving and not staying a second night, but didn’t want to lose our money. The bed was our biggest issue as it caused us to be tired and sore, versus having a good nights rest. My husband tried to lay on the couch and that was just as bad. The pool was cold and our special needs son who loves the water...

"This was a great spot to stay while in town for a swim meet. The hotel is clean - even the stairwells. Quiet stay. Front desk guy (I think Roberto?) was great. Breakfast guy was super friendly and did his job well. Breakfast had wide variety of options. Multiple entrances so that no matter where you park you're quick to a door. Nice center court area for recreation and leisure. The ONLY complaint would be that we could smell cigarette smoke coming through our bathroom vent at times and the...

"The cover panel for the air conditioning until fell off and when I told the front desk worker he looked at me and said “so”. I was then told that there was no maintenance worker in staff which seemed very odd for a weekend which I would assume is the hotels busiest time. The toilet seat was also loose and got worse during our stay. "
