「酒店性價比很高，地點非常好，去雙子塔，柏威廉，亞羅街都很近，附近也有很好的食店，酒店的自助早餐也不錯。 我的房間有油漆味，Miss Nada 立即升級我們到比較大的房間，很讚。」

「The views are absolutely amazing! The pool and roof garden are the perfect area to relax in. Onsite shop well stocked. Would have been nice to have More than 1 rather small towel per person i.e hand towel, face cloth… Take ear plugs if light sleeper- could hear noise from corridor & next door room. 」

「订的是最便宜的无窗户的房间，才一百多一点，房间干净整洁，配了热水壶，袋装咖啡，前台接待很贴心，服务态度好，不过拖鞋牙膏牙刷电吹风需要自备。酒店位置很好，附近有几个中餐馆，还有一条酒吧街，离LOWYATPLAZA，双子塔KLCC等商场近，总体来说性价比高。」

「The property itself was in a very excellent location, because you have easy walkable access to the Petronas Twin Towers, the KLCC park which has a wonderful colorful water fountain ⛲️ show at night with music. The Saloma Link Bridge which displays a colorful bridge changing colors every 10-20 seconds outside and inside of it. Also, Avenue K shopping mall is across from the twin towers that offer a variety of dining or fastfood and a grocery store. All those tourists attractions are free to visit...

「Both of our two rooms were arranged at 18/F, the floor right below the restaurant. Big and frequent noise of foot step and moving futniture from the restaurant occured every night, non-stop, until 2am which was extremely disturbing. Besides, no information during our booking that both rooms were "No window type", which also surprised us. The only merit about this hotel was its convenient location. 」

「Well deco hotel with excellent customer services. Walking distance to Pavillion mall and TRX Exchange for shopping and dining. Only missing gym room.」

「The room (especially bathroom) is extremely dirty. The exhaust vent is filled with dust. Faulty air-conditioning system, generating extremely loud noise. Have to go to Lobby and request a room change . The TV of the replacement room (Room 701) turns out to be half broken. 6 out of 10 electrical switches do NOT work. If there is a dirtiest award for hotel, Grand Barakah Hotel at Ampang would receive unanimous vote. 」

「因為見網上多人評價酒店乾淨，我才選擇這間酒店，入住後這酒店房間不清潔，妝單有污漬，廁板有漬，浴室有甲甴，這樣很嚇人，我影相通知服務前台職員房間有曱甴。夜晚洒店附近有強勁表演音樂聲，比較嘈吵，我亦見其他人評論早餐美味，我覺得味道普通，只食過兩天早餐，之後三日再沒有再去。」

「屋主於我入住前一天已主動聯絡領房事宜，唯到了領房時刻卻要我呆等15～20分鐘才出現 設施不俗但毛巾不乾淨 等lift上住宅又焗又熱 大堂和走廊也沒冷氣」

「櫃檯服務人員非常親切，因為我的班機關係到飯店已經是半夜將近1點，服務人員還是耐心服務及解說。房務人員也每天都清掃非常乾淨，讓我晚上回飯店又有全新的房間，很感動。」

「有同行要換兩次房因頭兩次都是房中有門可以通往隔離房，而門是可以開的。」

「Everything is good except the Wifi speed is unacceptable and only limit to 3 devices per room. We’re staying in a 2 bedrooms corner room and the wifi signal is so weak and can not connect to my laptop. 」

「Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office. We call Expedia and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally...
