"Wonderful staff. Lovely hotel."

"Loved staying at this hotel everything was in walking distance and the staff were very friendly. The only thing I would say is that it gets quite noisy at night. A few nights about 1am noticed other hotel guests were partying down by the pool area which is in the middle of all the guest rooms they were very loud and quite rude. I think the hotel should monitor this more better so that it doesn’t happen and discomfort other people staying in the resort. "

"The property is beautiful, nicely maintained. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The bar staff, especially Thang, went out of his way to make use happy. He always made our drinks fast and friendly. He even offered to bring our drinks out to the pool for us. We will stay again here again when we return to Phu Quoc. "

"Lovely resort with most staff being very polite and helpful. Only negative was that the service can often be very slow around the pool bar and some pool bar staff were lacking the welcoming Thailand smile. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay."

"Was a great place to stay for the catching the ferry in the morning! It was basic in its room but all I needed for an overnight stay. The staff were fabulous. I would stay there again if I was traveling the area."

"Service under all kritik. Kom tidigt på morgonen till hotellet. Såg att flertalet rum var lediga. Frågade om vi kunde få ett rum tidigare. Ingen respons från personalen. Frågade om vi kunde låna ett par handdukar för att kunna vila på solstolar vid poolen, men fick nej. Galonklädda solstolar är alldeles för heta för att kunna ligga direkt på utan något skydd. Det fanns inte heller något rum där vi kunde låsa in resväskorna i väntan. På bilder ser det ut som om rummen ligger i anslutning till...

"I came here for our honeymoon the place is amazing, All staff where every polite, friendly and accepting any questions or issues you have dealt with quickly Food was amazing complement to the chef, bar staff great fun. "Pool was good Cover on bed would be better if not one big one should be 3. Air con was good. Shower wand didn't work properly. Bathroom door was hard to open. ? Glass door for the toilet is a bit strange. Otherwise the place is great. Big rooms. Friendly staff "

"Clean, comfortable, quiet. 10 minute walk from the pier. The free scooter rental was a nice surprise. They gave me a ride back to the pier in their golf cart because it was raining. Highly recommend "

"Lovely location right on the beachfront and close walk to all bars and restaurants. Pool was good but small for the size of the property. Not enough sunbeds. Most were towel reserved. But could lie out in the beach. Beach towels provided. Great to sit in the restaurant and watch sunset. Breakfast was average. Few options for vegetarians. "

"The hotel is right on the flight path for airplanes taking off, very load, but stops by 9 pm, other than that - great place for the price!"

"You can swim off the beach with a snorkel mask and find one of the best reefs including sea turtles, and if you wake up early before the tour groups or are lucky black tip reef sharks too. Area was clean, and pools were gorgeous. Good breakfast but poor layout creating a few traffic jams. Also the amount of stairs or hills you have to walk is too much for some, also expect taxi to charge 400B one way"
