「Air conditioner was very noisy - vibration. Lamp on right side of bed was not working. Had to plug in desk light. Bathroom drain had a smell. Coffee was excellent and breakfast was easy to access. Service was excellent.」

「I loved the historic charm and decor of the property. Plenty of onsite free parking, bar and restaurant on site, and wonderful robe for after my shower. We did have to go to the bar to get ice and a drink as there are no ice or vending machines but it was not a problem. The bathroom had a slightly odd configuration with the sink and mirror in the corner and it was rather small but it worked. Would definitely recommend and this will be our spot for our annual trip to Rochester. 」

「love the many options around the property. The only thing I did not like about my stay is, i am not an animal lover. This hotel allows animals to stay over-night in the rooms. I have allergies and know this will prevent me from staying at this location in the future 」
