"New hotel in a quiet place, 5 mins walk from BTS Bang Chak station, BTS 30mins to Asok station. The room is clean and big while the price is affordable. "

"Our first three nights were at the Livable Hotel Bangkok.  We used it as a base to acclimate ourselves to Bangkok.  Stayed in a Superior Double Room with park view, and added the breakfast. Room was quiet and bed was very comfortable. They cleaned the room each day with new water bottles. The room has 2 USB ports, and universal power outlets. We used our North American plugs, so buying an adapter is unnecessary.   Fabulous breakfast.  You pick an entree from about 10 choices, and then help...

"Property was set up nicely and rooms were clean and open. We were greeted late at night by our lovely host who kindly brought us waters and plates so we could eat the dinner we got at the market. He also made us an incredible breakfast when we left early the next day. Very impressed and all around great place and service. "

"I sent money from India for 3 days accommodation. But they refused to recognise it. I had to pay the amount again. Absolute absence of knowledge of English is a drawback. They cannot understand even a word like time. Their office is open only from 9 to 10. There should be a provision to accommodate people on 24X7 basis."

"The workers were very nice and they made the check-in process quick and easy. It was the perfect place to rest without having to leave the airport. The only inconvenience was that the bathroom was a bit far away. However, it wasn’t a big issue for me."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the past 10 years. Very dirty now and the type of people staying here now are shall we say less than desirable. Feels unsafe. I hate leaving a bad review because I truly love the owners they are supper nice people. But it’s been this way the last 3 times in the past 2 years. Hope to see it get better. "
