No cleaning service during stay !!!
I lived for 8 night but the hotel only offer one cleaning service. Need to request at the front desk for one more cleaning and never mentioned during first check-in. Each additional cleaning need to add CHF 35.

The property is a very nice modern building, with very pleasing decor. However, the system they force the patrons to use, in addition to the uncaring/irresponsible/disrespectful staff servicing it, makes this one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in any hotel, of any level, on any country.

Very high-tech hotel where the check-in and check-out were concerned. Please note there is no air conditioning in this hotel especially if you are visiting in the summer can get hot.

The hotel is super nice but the check in time was so long. We had to wait until 3:40pm because the room was not cleaned up yet.

I loved this hotel! The room was very nice and staff was very helpful and friendly. It is very walkable and easy to get around via train or by foot. I would definitely stay here again.

The lobby was pretty, but the staff always seem to be perturbed when requesting their assistance of any sort. When I booked it spoke of free parking and Continental breakfast, however once checking in, it said, I had to pay for parking and continental breakfast.

Die Tiefgarage war null ausgeschildert und nicht sehr einfach zu finden. Des Weiteren hat keiner der Self-Check In Schalter funktioniert… die Mitarbeiter kamen nicht wirklich hinterher und wussten nicht ganz, wie sie sich verhalten sollten. Des Weiteren war es wohl für diese ein große Schwierigkeit uns unsere Tourismusgebühr abzubuchen (wir mussten es dann zwei mal bezahlen …). Bei vielen anderen die gleichzeitig mit uns ankamen, wurde gesagt, dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei und sie noch länger warten müssten, obwohl es schon längst nach der regulären Check-In Zeit war… Nachdem wir unsere Karte um halb 4 hatten (wir waren um kurz nach 2 dort), sind wir im Aufzug stecken geblieben, da anscheinend unsere Karte noch nicht aktiviert wurde ( diese brauch man für den Aufzug, jedoch gingen die Türen nicht mehr auf.) Der Wäschekorb im Zimmer war komplett dreckig und man hat sich allgemein nicht wohl gefühlt. Zu diesem Preis definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Very modern design and environment-friendly setup. The only downside is it was a bit cramped. Bed pushed to the wall under a bookshelf. The room where we stayed is a bit hot even with fan on the high setting.

L’hôtel est de qualité. Par contre le Check-in sur des machines est vraiment peu agréable ni pratique. Deux hotesses d’accueil sont là mais il faut passer par une machine. Vous avez une réservation pour deux chambres, un paiement conjoint à effectuer et besoin d’une facture, impossible ! Après avoir fait la queue devant la machine, bataillé pendant un quart d’heure avec la dite machine, vous finissez par être pris en charge par un employé qui au début vous a renvoyé vers cet appareil. Ce ne serait pas plus simple, plus efficace et plus convivial surtout de le faire d’emblée ?! Dans un hôtel de ce standing, on s’attend à mieux !

Do not recommend this place. You arrive exhausted from traveling for hours to find a self service kiosk for check in, no one about to help either. The whole process took almost 20 minutes. Now we are starving & pop by the hotel’s only restaurant to be told there’s only a table at 10 pm, over 2 hours away!? To add insult to injury or injury to insult the elevator doors slammed on me hard brushing my arm! Not to mention that the huge apartment sized rooms pushed one side of the bed up next to a bookshelf! Bizarre & inconvenient!
