Nice cozy hotel with great location.
we arrived at 8am and get an early check-in. Room not big but nice tidy and cozy. Location is great with access to everywhere in downtown. Definitely gonna re-visit next time.

飯店人員服務親切，房間設備完善。 距離SBB Zürich Stadelhofen車站步行只要3分鐘，距離地面電車也相當近。 靠近蘇黎世歌劇院及湖邊，景觀跟環境都很好。 Zürich Stadelhofen車站旁就有COOP及MIGORS超商購物方便。 飯店周邊就有多家餐廳、咖啡店，飲食沒問題。

飯店使用的插座並非歐洲通用的，需要跟櫃檯借轉接插頭，我們茶包用完了沒有補上，但是Lobby有免費的Nespresso＆茶可以享用！

The hotel is not exactly as shown on website. It is not very modern and rooms are very small and a bit worn out. Our view though from our room was amazing. We could see the lake. Location is perfect, everything is walking distance.

Gefallen hat uns die Nähe zur Oper und zur Innenstadt, die gute Straßenbahnanbindung, das nette Personal. Wir hatten ein Familientreffen im Stadtviertel. Erstaunt waren wir über die Tagespreise von 300,- und die Frühstückskosten von 30,- .

Fantastic Hotel and Customer Service
Love the size of the rooms and washrooms Bed was very comfortable and loved the fact you could close the blinds so the room was completely dark

I arrived and had paid for the night before. I wanted to exchange some cash. The clerk said yes but refused to take US $$ and said they would only accept exchange of Euros for Swiss Franks. I asked: why in the world? She said “those are the rules”. So I guess this Swiss hotel really does not want US guests. The room fit a bed and not much else. Worn carpet. I paid good money for a decent room and was put in a crap room.

The hotel is in a great location, and the lobby/cafe/bar is modern and inviting. The buffet was pretty small, as was the room. But it was sufficient for an overnight in Zurich.
