客房空間雖然迷你、但是相當精緻，乃至大廳環境以及入住前後的服務都無可挑剔，非常推薦！

High Tech方便快捷
距離Zurich HB車站步行10分鐘左右，離舊城區也不遠，步行10分鐘內，大部分景點都可以靠走路到達，酒店位置不錯！酒店Check in 和Check out 都是自助形式，簡單快捷，房間很High Tech，一部ipad 控制房間裡的所有燈光、溫度、電視，非常方便，房間好大，好舒服！

The hotel is new and cozy. The bed and pillows are so comfy and we had great night there. We have to do check in by ourselves but the staff is friendly to help. location is good and it just takes a few mins walk to the central area. Everything is prefect and we would definitely stay there again if travel to Zurich.

High Tech, comfort and fun!
This is my first time staying with Citizen M, We had a great experience staying there. First of all, check-in is very fast, simple and easy to manage. The room only has 1 bed but it is a huge XL king size bed and I want to say the mattress is extremely comfort!!! It feels so good. Being inside the room, me and my friend watch movie together, and had so much fun. Feel like staying at a friend's house for a holiday. Overall everything is great, and I love the ipad which I could control the room light with just one click. It was such a great experience staying with Citizen M. : )

The hotel is around 10 mins from the train station. The first impression is not really good at the check in. It is self check in and not user friendly. They do not accept the cash payment for the City tax CHF10, how come if we do not bring credit card? The room is big enough and cyber, however not so clean that there is a small spider on the table. Overall, room is ok, no services can be mentioned and payment method should be more flexible. Not all the travelers like to use credit card for such a small amount.

Our tech team has worked hard over the last decade to make sure the self-check-in is as userfriendly as possible to provide our guests with a smooth and efficient experience when arriving at our hotels (instead of waiting in a queue until a receptionist becomes available). There is always an ambassador present though, in case someone needs assistance. We do want to ensure that we manage expectations right and therefore, have the information that we are cashless available online on our website and all booking channels we work with. Clean, new and high technology! It’s second time I tried to book this hotel brand, and they are quite standardized. The location is not very close to main station but accessible, it’s rather close to Main Street and old town. We didn’t have breakfast there, seems quite expensive for CF 19.9 per person.

酒店今年八月才開業所以很新淨，地點離火車站十分鐘步程，三分鐘就可以到主要購物大街，方便的。房間很大，乾淨舒適，但電視睇唔到電視台，應該壞了但沒有追問。每天有Evian水兩樽，但check in第一樽開了，不過一問都可以換返。酒店整體來說不錯。

Best hotel in Zurich. Excellent service, friendly and accommodating hotel staff. Amazing breakfast food and drinks. User friendly tech in check in experience and hotel rooms operated by a tablet. Wer das Konzept des Citizen M kennt weiß was er erwarten kann. In diesem Hotel ist das ganz große Manko der angrenzende Nachtclub, welcher seine Musik in voller Lautstärke und sattem Technobeat, kostenlos den Hotelgästen in ihren Zimmern zur Verfügung stellt. Wer gerne bei Technobeats, lauter Musik und betrunkenem Gegröle in den Schlaf gewogen wird, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten.

We had a wonderful stay at CitzenM. The hotel staffs are very attentive and friendly. The hotel staffs gave support in every need of my visit. The room was cozy and comfy with cute décor. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the best cappuccino I had. The location was great and walkable to most attractions.

Convenient location to old town and about 15mins walk from train station. Staff Ming has been awesome and helpful with requests and made it a truly enjoyable and smooth stay.

We had a great stay overall! It was cool to have an iPad to control room features (though the television controls didn’t always work). Loved the blackout curtains and bed was very comfortable. Also really liked the cafe/reception area!

Super nice room and facilities. All up to date and very clean. Very “efficient “. For one … Perfect for one. Would be potentially problematic for 2 crawling in and out of bed in the night, over each other. But i would stay again in a second, if solo.
