住宿舒适，早餐待提高
酒店外观比较老，但是内有洞天。装修和设施属于高档水平，但房间偏小。最大的不便是早餐的西餐厅小，早餐很丰富，但是够不上顶级5星，且高峰期无座位。

可以一住
1) 皇冠假日素來有一定的水準，不會太差。如內地其他的皇冠假日一樣，建築裝潢偏舊。 2) 入住旅客不多，很安靜，個人很喜歡。 3) 地點不算方便，從燕莊地鐵站步行需時約10分鐘。由酒店妁步行到經三路的食肆，也約需5-8分鐘。 4) 早餐豐富，抵食，水準一般。 5) 客房浴室設計有問題，浴簾不能阻擋水花濺出，每次洗完澡浴室地面全濕。

Crowne Plaza is good.
This hotel is so clean and quite. All service is great. Peoples are so kindness. Only one thing is not good which is the bath curtain has a smell. I happily recommended that if you visit to Zhengzhou, you stay this hotel. I will stay this hotel next time too.

The property made on the first impression a nit an aged impression but it turned out to be one to be well maintained and the dinner buffet was real excellent - beyond expectations. And looking now back it was the best hotel experience I had in my 14 days China trip.

Keeping up the excellent service!
All hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. Ted Young was prompt and efficient in arranging our transport and a very good driver to Kaifeng and also the Shaolin Zen Night Performance at Dengfeng!

잘 쉬었습니다.
생각보다 방이 작은데 침대 되게 부뜨러웠어요. 출장 가는데 부뜨러운 침대 덕분에 잘 쉬었어요. 다음에 정저우 갈 때 역시 이 호텔로 예약하려고요.

Very Tentative Service to accommodate us.
We have been regulars to this hotel and always been treated extremely well. It has improved every time we are back. This time we have stayed in the new suite room for 11 days. except last 2 days our air-con broke and sitting room ceiling lights broke. No doubts we will be back again hopefully all electrical problems sorted out. Breakfast is lovely with lots of choices, be aware when it is busy, seriously is busy!

Rooms are old but remodel in process. Suite is not worth it. Gym and pool are great. Good bar. Decent food. Good service.

the hotel is so old, it is a three star hotel, not a five star hotel where it is listed on the Chinese hotel web. but, there are only four international hotels in this city, so will have to stay there next time,
