「I booked this hotel as it was one of the only hotels in Zagreb with a pool (and pretty much the only one with an outdoor pool) for an anniversary treat on the last night of our holiday. The hotel is outside of the centre but I was willing to be further out with the idea that we’d spend a few hours by the pool. Unfortunately on check in we were told that the pool and rooftop bar were closed - firstly being told that they don’t open usually until June and when I mentioned that it says May in the...
