I have stayed at Red roof Inn a few times and I have always have an issue with something being wrong with the room. My first time staying here and of course I can say I couldn’t sleep. There was something wrong with one of the electronic device, the maintenance staff thought it was the microwave however base of me doing my own assessment it was the refrigerator. I understand it’s cost effective but there is so much that can and need to be done

This was the third time I stayed at this property. When I entered the room, it appeared to look clean. When I was getting into bed, I pulled the blankets down, I noticed there was black hair on my sheets and pillow cases, as well as what appeared to be chocolate candy marks. I was disgusted to see that. Obviously my sheets were not clean. I then went in the other bed since there were two beds, those sheets were not clean either. There was hair and food marks on the sheets. Even though the rest of the room looked clean, I will not stay there again.

The property was comparable to the cost. No frills, but clean. Everything was functional and it was quiet when we were there. Convenient to the ski mountain we were going. My main complaint was that the pillows are extremely small and thin and the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. All in all, you get what you pay for! I was just glad it was clean and cheap.

Location was awkward, staff were having their own conversation about how the new cleaner DOESNT ACTUALLY CLEAN while checking me in, and the safe was just for decoration as according to the front desk “we don’t use those anymore”

I have back problems and whenever I go to the red roof Inn, I usually get the handicap room which allows me to soak my back in the tub which helps to ease my pain. I use Expedia to schedule my visits; however, I paid Expedia for the handicap room but was given a lower class room. There needs to be some communication between Expedia and the red roof inn so I get what I paid for. Because I did not get access to what I needed,I left and forfeited my room cost. Even though I like Expedia, I will stop using Expedia anymore. there is probably no communication between Expedia and the hotels they deal with.
