We only stayed one night, Phuket was just a stopover on the way the am island. The hotel was clean and modern. Our room was clea . Breakfast was good. The drain in our shower didn’t work at all and it flooded our bathroom. I tried 2x to explain to the front desk so it could be fixed before the next guest but the language barrier was difficult and I’m fairly sure he didn’t understand.

Wonderful stay
We loved your hotel! Service was wonderful and the rooms were beautiful! Only small complaint was some of the dishes at breakfast were very cold. But overall our stay was amazing. Will definitely visit again 💕😊

Low key luxury
Second time staying and I love this hotel. The immediate location is not resort-like but that suits me, it is great value luxury in a convenient location especially if you have a rental car. This time I really enjoyed the pool.

Perfect if you want to do the weekend night market
Hotel was really nice. And really close to the weekend night markets which I highly recommend going to!! Other than that it’s located pretty far away from everything. And it’s surrounded by stinky city. The hotel it’s self was like an oasis amongst it all. Really perfect if you just want to stay the weekend to do the markets which are a 5 minute walk away.

Awesome restaurant staff
The room was very small but neat....Staff from the bar/restaurant area was very friendly and accommodating. They made our stay very pleasant. Hotel is very close to the night market which is a plus.

Slightly out of the way.
Big bed, new toilet. Very basic, no frills. China tourists who leave early morning and noisy. Poor breakfast. Out of the way, not convenient if you don’t self drive.

Great but not without flaws
I loved the deluxe room (we upgraded from superior). I must say that the deluxe room minimum is a must, the difference between superior and deluxe is like the difference between Ibis and Grand Hyatt (seriously) for not much more money. The breakfast was nice if not a little repetitive but what can you expect. The pool was nice and clean and the restaurant was nice and reasonably priced. The worst thing about the stay was the service. I feel as though most of the staff can speak with about 5% fluency in English, which is pretty difficult to work with and get help from them. The Hotel also own a (reasonably priced for Phuket) taxi service, in which they also try to rip you off. To the airport was 700THB, I wanted to be dropped off about 500m before the airport and they wanted to charge me 800THB, saying that it was "further away" despite me showing them on Google maps it was not. I just went to the airport for 700THB and walked, turned out the taxi driver went straight past where I wanted to go in the first place to get to the airport. It's not much money for tourists but it's the principal of doing such things to your own customers. It can really ruin a holiday (note that Phuket is just full of people trying to rip you off, so it's pretty bad anyway).

The rooms are loaded with basic amenities, clean and very comfortable. Rooms are bit small but have balcony. The buffet was really good and had wide variety of foods. The food is really tasty in hotel restaurant. Giving it 5 stars because of excellent service. Smiling and very good staff at hotel. See you again! Thanks

Lovely little hotel near the night market. Transportation provided at reasonable cost fully transparent. Friendly staff and outstanding buffet breakfast. Some places would charge the equivalent of $30 for that

Little paradise
Amazing property with awesome pool. We really enjoyed staying there and would go back in a heartbeat. Breakfast was delicious. They offered a variety of Thai breakfast dishes, none vegetarian though. But - since I’m a vegetarian - made me a veggie option of everything. Rooms are not too spacious, but therefore clean, chic and comfy beds. English tv channels! Not just news ;) close by 2 big malls. Recommend renting a scooter if you are ok with driving in a city.

Very hip hotel and near Naka Weekend market, but other than that, nothing around there and difficult to crab a tuk tuk/taxi as this hotel located next to the "highway" thing. Opposite of the hotel have massage but better don't go, just soso. Not much selection for breakfast buffet.

Great Boutique Hotel
Lovely Boutique Hotel on a busy road in Phuket Town. Very quiet despite the location. Set right back from the road. Beautiful design. Great service. We had a gorgeous suite with a bath on the balcony. Very novel. The room service was excellent and the Pool and grounds were perfectly kept. Couldn't recommend this Hotel more if you want to stay away from the Beach area or need to be near the the Hospitals.
