The fridge was freezing the food The second we couldn’t close the freezer The are giving only one roll of toilette paper for a family of 4 The main door of the building is not locked so every one can get inside check out time is 1100 so why the cleaning man arrives at 1030 The location is great 」

「What a wonderful quirky abode and situated amongst a wonderful property! Lovely garden to enjoy our gin too! Well stocked kitchen but if you didn’t wish to cook a great pub is 50yds away! Had a lovely welcome from the hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Bonus…property is just outside the congestion charge so used our bikes for getting around..easy! Will be a definite go to if we are up this way again 😊」

「Needed somewhere close to the stadium for a concert,location spot on,plus a short walk away from city centre,few takeaways round the corner and a couple of convenience shops.We traveled down with National Express, coach stop is 10 minutes walk ,perfect if that your mode of travel.Rooms really nice ,high spec bathroom, everywhere spotless, tea/coffee and milk provided. 「It could have been a 5 stars. I stayed for 7 nights. the place was convenient, close to the city centre, very spacious, the apartment condtion was clean and comfy. The bed sheets and towels were changed once on my 3rd night. The bins were cleared everyday. HOWEVER, the check-in experience was VERY disappointing. First, I never received any instructions beforehand. When I arrived, i couldnt find the intructions, all doors were locked, no signs at all. So I called the number from the expedia...
