「Very nice property 」

「Great location between each end of the MS coast. Pool is very nice and faces the beach. Easy walk to beach, local restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed 4 nights, no issues. Great breakfast!! 」

「Very friendly staff. I traveled with my 2 daughters and 1 of my friends/their friends daughter…staff was so nice to them sometimes kids are not treated so friendly at places/hotels. Bfast was awesome- tons of choices. Pool was nice. Only a few issues: 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service. So we often had to wait. And in the gulf the buildings are up on risers- so the elevator was a needed item from the get go. Also no spot to pull in and register or drop off luggage/ people in the parking...

「We spent last night in New Orleans, so we were SO happy to get to Gulf Port and find a nice clean town and a spotlessly clean hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic. He gave us a tour of the property and made sure we were all settled in. On a 10 scale, I give The Almanett a 12!!!」

「This was a very pleasant stay. I was very happy with the location, quietness, and how much the host had on hand for cooking in the home. The home itself is right on a canal and has a grill and deck which we utilized. I would stay here again 」

「Good value. Clean room. Refrigerator got cold quickly. Microwave worked well and was pretty intuitive to operate. A/C worked great. Lots of channels on TV. Good wi-fi. Walking distance to MacBe's Seafood Restaurant and an Exxon mini-mart.」

「Was worried about safety at first because of the motel style next to the interstate but when I was able to check out property and room felt better. Beds were clean and comfortable. It was a little stuffy in the room since unit was off but it cooled quickly. 」
