Our check in was very quick and easy! The desk clerk was very friendly and efficient. We had a fresh cookie, coffee and then a dip in the pool!

The front desk gal each time that I went has always been super friendly and nice and good hospitality. Last weekend I stayed everything was perfect. This room 104 was not at all. It even had a smell to it in addition to the broken non working items.

This was a very quick, overnight stay. The room was nice with one of the best beds I've slept in at a hotel, and very clean. Standard breakfast, nothing fancy, but was good, fresh, and well-stocked. Front desk clerk at check-in was super friendly.

This particular Quality Inn was particularly clean, quiet, up-to-date look, front desk customer service person very helpful. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised how nice the room and the hotel were--considering I generally stay at 5 star hotels when travelling. I will definitely stay here again when in the Watertown area.

Our second time staying here, even got the same room as before. Clean room, comfortable bed, the best water pressure in the shower, and huge area for the dogs to run around.

The most gracious kind staff i have ever encountered. The night front desk Joanne and day front staff Kathy are genuinely friendly and helpful. Samuel who cleans the room does a terrific job and the lovely petite blond in the dining room is patient with all while hard at work. Loved these people and the facility. If all Quality Inn's are like this one sign me up !

Yes our Hot Tub is very seldom down and out of service unless it is beyond our control. I take it you like the hot tub and hopefully got to relax a bit.
