Mostly friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and well appointed rooms. Rooftop bar a little soulless and bar staff inexperienced. Main bar has more atmosphere and is adequate but lobby bar lacks character. Would stay again.

Loved everything about this hotel - classic luxury, great service, best location, very professional and friendly staff. The only issue for me was that the room was so warm and even with an open window in wintertime I could not get it to cool down.

Sinkender Stern eines renommiertem Royal Bristol
Wir sind seid Jahren Kunden wo diese Hotel aufsuchten, wenn wir in Warschau sind nur seid letzten Weihnachtsaufenthalt 2022 ist der Wurm drinnen. Von dem uns doch sehr bekannten Top Service, ist nichts mehr Vorhanden, wird wohl abgeschafft worden sein. Rezeption so was von Unhöflich, dass man sich fast als Störfaktor vorkommt. Der Charm diese Tollen Hotels ist dahin. War unser letzter Aufenthalt wir haben bereits ein anderes im Auge was das Bristol ablösen wir sehr sehr Schade aber eine Ära geht zu Ende

Top Hotel
First of all the location of this hotel for tourist is the best. There is everything you would want right outside your door. The hotel itself is one of the finest hotels I have stayed at. We stay here every summer. The flowers in the lobby are just outstanding. The service is impeccable. It is clean, service is perfect and the lobby beautiful.
