「Modern hotel built to an amazing standard. Room was very clean. Staff on welcome attentive and helpful. Quiet sleep and very comfy bed. Marked down slightly for the breakfast. Having paid £50 extra for my wife and I, we were disappointed to be told our options. We both wanted a full English, which equated to some egg and sourdough plus one other from a list, eg sausage or bacon etc … just the one mind you, everything else was £3 extra. One coffee or tea with no top up offered and no fruit...

「最初很滿意該酒店的環境和整潔….. 但令我感到意外的是…. 當我向reception counter要求支裝水（因為小朋友飲用，怕會水肚不服，而飲用支裝水應該比較安心點）…. Staff 竟然話我個package 唔包提供支裝水！一般酒店都基本上都會提供2支支裝水！很意外得知該酒店連提供基本的水都要視乎什麼package ! 這點已經令我對該酒店大大地打了折扣…真係有點失望！ 入住第一日我向朋友推薦….. 後來在第二天有了以的經歷，我即時通知朋友如果要book該酒店，要問清楚……否則不能提供基本的水時，一時之間真係好難喺附近買！」
