「The employees Sherri and Pam were extremely helpful when I checked-in. The storm had knocked out the power and I was unprepared to stay at a hotel with my animals. Sherri helped me get them out of the car and into my room. It could've been horrible but those 2 ladies made my stay so much easier. 」

「This hotel is very clean. There’s an indoor pool you can swim in regardless of the weather. The breakfast was very good. It's close to Walmart and other stores, restaurants and gas stations.」

「The beds and pillows were not the best, but I have experienced worse. It was quiet over the offices below. The bar opened under their pavilion instead of inside, which was nice to be outside. They do have a fire pit closer to the front of which we asked to use, no wood provided so we got some, we know people there. 5 minute walk to town center, convienient for wedding reception. Had a good time in Buckhannon!! 」

「Quaint older place with a down home feel. A little dated but clean. Staff friendly and pleasant. No breakfast available as advertised though. My bed was softer and springier than i prefer but clean. 」

「Friendly and helpful, easy to find, and just an all around nice place to stay. Room was larger than some higher-star hotels offer, everything was clean and in good condition, and even though the place is on a main street through town it was incredibly quiet. Will definitely book here again when we visit.」
