Great location and clean
The location of hotel was perfect. Only 2 mins walk to the Vienna State Opera. And there was a lovely coffee shop, Café Museum served delicious Austrian food just around the corner. There's also a great Viet restaurant next to the cafe. Only the double bed was a bit too small for 2 since I turned over frequently at night. And there was no socket in the bathroom, that we had to plug the hairdryer in the socket next to the room door and face to the dressing mirror on the door to blow-dry the hair. We would like to thank the front desk agent who is from Budapest (Sorry we didn't know his name) on the day we leave. He was very friendly and enthusiastic. Thank you for your help.

Very close to city centre
Very close to the underground station and many tourist hot spots are within walking distance. With supermarkets nearby. Kitchen is found in the rooms and we were able to prepare some simple food. Also very close to different opera houses and even at night, we could be able to walk back to the hotel after the performance.

A surprise and high CP value of a hotel
地點特佳、在歌劇院前走路僅五分鐘、walking district ance to the national opera house. Huge living room with tidy vast space, cozy, quiet and makes you feel at home. Splendid choice for a relaxation in Vienna. A big surprise when you enter the room.

我們訂兩種房間入住這洒店，最好選擇沒有浴缸房間好，冷氣大，舒適度比有浴缸房間好，雖然房間大，冷氣空調不夠，及睡牀面對窗沒有窗廉布，情侶不可以溫馨，有點失望。

Nice hotel with perfect location
We stayed in room 304 and room 109 during our family holiday there. Room 304 is a 2 bedrooms family room, it is old and the carpets were dirty. Room 109 is a one bedroom room and it was newly renovated, very nice and clean. Both rooms get free water and 2 free bottles of beers everyday which is really nice. You can also get free bottle of water at hotel lobby. The hotel location is great, walking distance to all the attractions in city. Our packages come with breakfast, the breakfast is very simple not many choices. Overrall is really good, will stay there agin next time.

地鐵在卡爾廣場，找麥當勞（廁所旁）那個出口出（有手扶梯），直走15秒到。 沙發是便宜的，但不影響住這裡的一切。 大堂有免費軟飲， coffee, 汽泡水，可樂。 早餐非常豐富。 建議出門若是2人以上就坐 UBER 便宜。 出門右走，右轉直走兩個紅綠燈，左手邊是中央市場。 出門左走直走就到歌劇院和舊城區商業街和教堂。 完美 CP 值

Furniture/beds in the actual room are pretty outdated, but the inside of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We were fairly needy as tourists and every staff encounter was very welcoming, informative, and helpful. Perfect location walking distance to most everything you’d want to do in central Vienna.

Area was very central and accessible to most areas of interest by foot. Metro within short walking distance was very convenient getting to and from airport. The property was comfortable but outdated. No modern chargers and carpet was a bit musty.

Wat een centraal liggend hotel! Winkels en eetgelegenheden op loopafstand bezienswaardigheden en de metro. Lekkere, en nog eens gratis ook, koffie pakken in de hal. Vanaf het vliegveld goed te bereiken met OV( bus, metro of trein). Ontbijtzaal is niet groot, maar alles is er! Ik raad dit hotel zeker aan!!

This hotel is amazing! The room (apartment) I stayed in was so luxurious and comfortable that I will stay here again in October when I return to Vienna. I also want to add that the folks at reception were fantastic and helped me find restaurants for two group dinners. I will definitely return!

Location location!
My husband and I enjoyed our comfortable room for a week in December. We had a corner room with two large windows. It had a small refrigerator and a kettle, perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The elevator was a big plus. We opted for their breakfast and were not disappointed. The reception area is lovely, and has complimentary coffee and water. The staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. We especially enjoyed our breakfast server, Joy. The location was perfect to walk the city center, the Christmas markets, catch the Big Red Bus tour, and go to concerts. We had dinner at the Grnd restaurant across the street from the hotel, and others nearby. Again, we were not disappointed. We would definitely stay there again.

Un'esperienza da non ripetere
Ho prenotato in questo hotel per un soggiorno di 3 giorni a cavallo del capodanno. L'hotel è in una posizione centrale e strategica e la pulizia è buona. Ci sono però delle criticità: la reception è composta da una sola persona per turno, se ci sono emergenze viene lasciata scoperta. Non c'è un bar all'interno. La piccola sala colazioni offre un pò di tutto, ma al giorno d'oggi, con tutte le varie problematiche di intolleranze o allergie, non avere a disposizione del latte senza lattosio NON è accettabile. Inoltre la responsabile delle colazioni ha, a mio parere, un atteggiamento cordiale solo in apparenza: appena gli si chiede qualcosa di diverso, come per esempio di "scaldare" del latte di soia, reagisce in modo nervoso e chiaramente scocciato. Cosa più grave, ho segnalato al mio arrivo un serio problema con la ventola di aspirazione del bagno, direttamente collegata alla luce, che era "estremamente" rumorosa, al limite del sopportabile. Nulla è stato fatto e nulla mi à stato riferito a riguardo: e nulla ci è stato chiesto di come fosse andato il soggiorno al momento della partenza, l'indifferenza più assoluta. Altra nota dolente, non siamo in un villaggio estivo o una vacanza similare, chiedere il saldo del soggiorno all'arrivo, per avendo nella prenotazione una carta di credito a garanzia, mi è sembrato decisamente fuori luogo.
