Had reserved a king size bed, but had to settle for 2 queen beds. One of the beds the mattress and box springs were bad. Not a good nights sleep. Tried the other bed the next night and it was better. Room 118

We never even checked in. The place was horrendous. We tried contacting hotels.com to no avail. Extremely disappointed with the hotel, as well as your services.

Very comfortable. Friendly staff
Very comfortable beds. The room was clean and comfortable. A nice continental breakfast in the morning. ( with belgian waffles) The owner/manager is so friendly and accommodating. We stay every year on our way across the country.

Great value and waffles!
My room was very clean and large with all the amenities including a rolling desk chair. Excellent value for the money, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Thi will be my new place in Victoria.
