「The room was clean when we got there. My husband had issues with the bed being too hard. We had three people in our room, but only two bath towels and two washcloths. Getting extras was a big problem. We called for some that evening, waited an hour. Then went to front desk to get them. They said someone would be up with them. They never arrived. So next morning husband went to front desk and finally got some. We stayed 3 nights room was never cleaned and we were not asked if we needed...
