「We stayed in an efficiency, clean but a little out dated. The pictures were accurate but some of the description was a little misleading. A few suggestions: change the table chairs (seat cushions were stained, gross), add a luggage rack, install fillable shampoo/soap bottles that attach to shower wall, and add a few dinner bowls to the room (bought cereal but couldn’t have it). 「We had a good time at the hotel and used the pool area a lot. Breakfast was great and the kitchenette was definitely appreciated. We did not appreciate the fire alarm going off three times in the early morning. False alarms due to a short in the system but still upsetting. Staff were fantastic throughout the entire stay. 「This property was a perfect getaway. You are literally right on a private beach. Nokomis beach is right down the road or beach. North jetty for fishing. We saw manatees swimming right down the beach. This was an amazing stay in an amazingly beautiful area of south Florida. I cant wait to return. My only regret is not staying here longer.」

「The room was great for the price but the refrigerator didn't close and the pool wasn't available. Also their website says breakfast but no breakfast and the restaurant that's attached to the building is permanently shut down. So it doesn't have all the features u are expecting. But I'd stay again based on the room and price. 」
