We liked the location of the property as it was right in the center of the city. The things we didnt like about the room was the cleanliness (toilets were dirty & mosquitos in the room) & the breakfast buffet (we stayed for 5 nights but had the same breakfast variety every day).

I have been coming here more often than ever on this trip to India. This is perfect hotel for me because it has all five star amenities and cleanliness. As well it is very affordable compared to the other options and as good.

Stay here at your own risk.
Terrible.The 3rd bed was supposed to be a mattress on the floor.The room had not been sanitised as per protocol.Almost nothing was available in terms of food for dinner.Only 1 towel was provided for 3 pax.I stayed there since it was an Accor property.I think it needs to be delisted.

Very Good
Was here on business for 3 weeks so decided to upgrade to Exec room, glad I did, nice and spacious room with good shower. What makes this hotel though is the quality of food, would definitely recommend and will stay here again if working in area.

Please save yourself from the miser and stay elsewhere. I’ve never experienced a very disgraceful stay during any of my travels. The reception was very unfriendly the rooms were not clean. To top it all we were given a downgraded to a 1 deluxe room even though we had paid for 2 executive rooms. I would strongly recommend staying at another hotel. Not worth to spend a single penny at this location.

The hotel's staff are fantastic, with great service regarding all matters, including complex reservations for group travel. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast buffet, there's a very good & affordable laundry service, all-hours room service, and a very nice exercise room with outdoor pool. My only serious complaints are (1) the hotel has a mosquito problem on the main floor (in the lobby and hotel) which I suspect might be due to doors being left open in the kitchen or elsewhere, and (2) the hotel has begun burning fairly strong incense on each floor. If you have an allergy to perfumes, as I do, you might find this a little nauseating. Overall, the hotel was excellent however, and a great value.

nice hotel but does have some issues.
nice hotel, good location, great breakfast although Jain is very limited. room was too cold, only way was to turn AC off. one of the rooms had cold water and even though staff were notified they took 2 days to sort out. not acceptable in this day and age for this standard of hotel.

nice hotel but some improvment needed
one of the rooms was without hot water and although staff were good to understand it took 3 days for them to sort out a room which was abit late but they did gave us complement laundry which we did. i did expect more from a mercure hotel but in all not a bad place at all.

Cleanliness and comfort to be improved vastly. Washrooms are tiny cubby holes and not enough amenities provided. Service of staff at front desk and restaurant was good. Travel desk was of no help and the driver provided was most non-cooperative. TV was pathetic —-no news channels could be viewed. Only some very uninteresting movie channels provided.
